Here’s an easy make-ahead recipe for busy evenings. Just get everything going in the morning, and dinner’s ready when you get home from work!
Slow Cooker Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
- 6 – 8 chicken breasts
- 1 20oz crushed or chunk can of pineapple
- 1 bottle of BBQ
Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours. I shred with The Pampered Chef Mix N Chop. Love that tool! Serve as sandwiches, over rice, or mix in with stir-fry. This easily freezes too!
