One of my hubby’s favorite dips is SO easy to make. I actually prep once for two meals.
I throw Ro*Tel and chicken breasts in the crockpot and cook down. I shred the chicken. I pull out out half of the chicken (about three breasts) and mix it with a block of cream cheese. That’s all I do to make the Rotel Chicken Dip – easy right? The rest of the chicken I use either that day or the next for tacos!
