Extreme Couponing: Did you watch last night?

Extreme Couponing: Did you watch last night?

Extreme Couponing kicked off another season last night.  Did you watch?  I didn’t (too cheap for cable! 🙂 ) but I know lots of people did.  It’s a pretty polarizing show–it inspires a lot of people to get into using coupons, which is awesome.  But it also sometimes portrays coupon use in a negative light, especially when they show shelf clearing, stockpiling to the point of hoarding, and questionable or even fraudulent coupon usage.

If you saw the show and you’re just getting started with the world of coupons, we’re here to help.  Don’t expect 90-100% savings, unless you want to feed your family nothing but fruit snacks, Starbucks Refreshers, and toothpaste.  In the real world, you can still expect to cut your grocery budget, build a reasonable-sized, useful stockpile, and find great deals, and we’ll help you every step of the way.

Check our our post about Extreme Coupon Myths to see some of our responses to the questions and comments the show brings up.  If you watched, what did you think?
