It’s Monday–time to share our dinner-time game plans for the week! A little effort with meal planning at the beginning of the week helps me to provide my family with nutritious, budget-friendly meals, and also allows me to get my act together when our family’s headed in several different directions.
Here’s my plan:
Monday: Dinner at the in-laws’
Tuesday: Beef Stroganoff, green beans
Wednesday: Honey-Garlic Chicken, rice, broccoli
Thursday: Poor Man’s Lasagna, Homemade Applesauce, garlic bread (homemade if I get ambitious!)
Friday: Chicken and Gnocchi Soup, apple slices, carrots & celery
Saturday: Camping Club meeting–bringing Spinach Artichoke Dip
Sunday: Leftovers or order pizza if we have a good coupon
