Good Monday morning, friends! Time to share our dinner plans for the week. Meal planning is an important tool for stretching your budget. Plan around food you have on hand, along with what’s on sale for the week.
Here’s what we’re eating this week. How ’bout you?
Monday: Crock Pot boneless country-style ribs, au gratin potatoes, green beans, apple crisp for dessert (we ended up not having this last week…the kids begged for grilled cheese one night, so why would I argue? 😉 )
Tuesday: Chicken nuggets, tater tots, and broccoli, cupcakes (the birthday boy picked the menu for his special day…he’s 4, what can I say? At least it’s easy!)
Wednesday: Trick-or-Treat party with friends–taking a pumpkin-shaped veggie tray
Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie
Friday: Chili, corn bread, homemade applesauce
Saturday: Crock pot roast beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, veggies
Sunday: leftovers 🙂
