It’s Monday–time to share our dinner-time game plans for the week! Last week’s meal plan didn’t go quite as I’d expected–my dad ended up in the hospital, so we swapped several of the planned menu items for some of our old “Fast Five” standbys so we could get something on the table without much effort. Thankfully my dad’s doing great and is back home, so hopefully we’ll have a more normal week! Since I still have the food waiting for me in the freezer, several of these are bumped from last week, but there are a few others too–nothing goes to waste around here!
Here’s our plan for this week:
Monday: Hamburgers on the grill, baked potatoes, fresh fruits & veggies
Tuesday: Spaghetti and meatballs, salad, carrot sticks, applesauce
Wednesday: BBQ ribs, noodles, broccoli
Thursday: Crock pot roast beef, mashed potatoes, & gravy
Friday: Christmas Breakfast, fresh fruit (my son, who could eat this every day of his life, has been begging for this for weeks! 😉 )
Saturday: Dinner at church with the youth group
Sunday: Easy Cheesy Chicken, rice, green beans
