I’m all about making things easy, that’s why I love this Crockpot Coca Cola Roast Recipe. Giant Eagle had their Chuck Shoulder Roasts B1G1. I snagged a couple and threw them in the Crockpot. I was able to make two meals from them. The first meal was just plain old roast (with carrots – SO good marinaded in the Coke). This is the easiest roast recipe EVER! I used two 2.5 pound chuck roasts, 1 bottle of Coca-Cola and two packets of Lipton Easy Recipe French Onion Soup. I’ve also used the other varieties of Lipton Soups before (Beefy Onion and Onion & Mushroom) – you can’t go wrong!
Throw it all in and cook it for 8 hours!
The second meal was for a party and I opted to make Coca-Cola Roast Beef Sliders. I easily assembled the guys some beef sliders by toasting some King’s Hawaiian Rolls and topping it off with caramelized onions and Garlic Lemon Aioli. I served them with Roasted Olive Oil Potatoes (so simple to make and what guy doesn’t like potatoes!).
