Christmas Morning Recipe Roundup! |
Need something special to serve the family on Christmas morning? We love recipes that you can make ahead, so there’s minimal prep work when you’d rather be hanging out with the family. Here are some of our favorite ideas for the special day! |
A simple make-ahead egg casserole that you can customize with sausage, bacon, or ham–whatever your family likes! Christmas Breakfast (there’s also a good recipe for Sausage Gravy & Biscuits in this post) |
This recipe’s so good my mouth waters just looking at this picture! Stuffed French Toast |
These things are the real deal, guys–I followed her recipe above, with just a few adjustments. Rather than melting the butter (which was super messy for me the first time I made them), I just set the butter out for a few hours to get really, really soft and spread it. Made them much easier (and less messy) to roll up. I also cut thicker pieces to make taller rolls, so I gave them a few extra minutes to bake. But oh my word–the icing. Amazing! These look so hard, but they’re totally do-able, and you can make them the night before. Pioneer Woman’s Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Glaze |
A quick made-from-scratch breakfast for after presents are opened! Simple Fluffy Pancakes |
A yummy, moist coffee cake with cinnamon streusel on top and in the middle! Sour Cream Coffee Cake |
Easy to make, with just the right balance of sweet and good-for you! Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Muffins |
