
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil, ½ green bell pepper finely chopped, ¼ medium onion finely chopped, 1 lb. ground chicken, ¼ cup BBQ sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella,
- 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Instructions
- Line grill with nonstick foil
- Preheat grill on medium
- Warm oil in small saute pan and add peppers and onions - cook until tender.
- Remove and cool.
- Mix chicken, onion, green peppers, BBQ sauce and mozzarella together
- Form into 6 patties.
- Grill for approx. 20 minutes
- For Spread: Mix BBQ and Mayo together and spread on buns.
