Yowzers! Cedar Point’s Hotel Breakers renovations do not disappoint. We’ve been fortunate enough to stay at Hotel Breakers a few time over the past few years when blogging for Cedar Point. I’ve always loved the early entry that included with the stay and the amazing location that’s a short walk away from the coasters, but it was a little lackluster. So when we were told about the new renovations that took place in the off-season, I honestly expected a little “sprucing” up. How MUCH could they do in 6 months???? Man, was I wrong. I was awestruck. Every component of the 110 year old hotel has been completely refurbished from the ground up.
The stunning beachfront hotel features a new grand entrance, updated lobby, plenty of public areas and a total re-do of guest rooms. Each guest room features an LCD TV, dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave plus new bedding and new furniture.
Plenty of dining options too, with a full-service Starbucks , Surf Lounge, TGI Friday’s, Perkins and TOMO Hibachi Grill. For the frugal peeps (like myself), use the refrigerator to stock full of water, PB&J and snacks for the day!
I REALLY am astounded at the degree of Cedar Point’s Hotel Breakers Renovations.
Job well done, Cedar Point! I was just as excited with my stay as the play!
