Is the bogo printable a new policy? I thought that I had done it before?

I heard that it is only a limit of 12 coupons of the same item that they are limiting not 12 total coupons.

Just to clarify- you can use up to twelve coupons, but you need to purchase twelve items. One manufacturer coupon per item.

My husband just asked the same question…how do you find the Powerade, gGatorade and other similar coupons???

It's only the INTERNET BOGO or FREE coupons that are not accepted. If you have a BOGO or FREE coupon from the paper or a magazine ..you are able to use those.

yes they will take those ones, only internet bogo or free is not accepted.

I went to the GE in the 30th St plaza last week to get toothpaste and was told I could only use 2 coupons per visit. She "confiscated" my 3rd coupon.

I work at a Giant Eagle and i have never heard of taking someone’s coupon away from them!! I would have asked for a manager. They are a corporate store and their policy is the same as ours, 12 coupons, not two!!!

Maybe you will want to put a twitter icon to your blog. Just bookmarked the url, although I had to make it manually. Simply my $.02 :)

I went to Giant Eagle on 30th Street recently and my coupons only doubled up to 99cents. So my 55cent off only went up 45cents, not $1.10. S o is
that store specific? It doesn’t say in the policy.

Kevin Devine May 11, 2011 at 4:53 pm

Was your item more than 99cents? Giant Eagle does not do overages…

I had this same problem yesterday (also at the 30th Street location)! I had a coupon for 80 cents off 3 boxes of Green Giant veggies ($3.00). It came off 80 cents scanned coupon and 20 cents doubled. I had three of the same coupon (different computers) and had this problem with two of them but not the third.

are E offers good for only one item at a time or can they be used on the same item with multiple purchases of that item? example: I am buying 2 razors with 2 4 off couponsx and i have an eoffer for 4 dollarsa off. would the 4 dollars from my eoffer be used on both razors?

Reply

SISTERSSHOPPINGONASHOESTRING May 13, 2011 at 5:40 am

Hi Jessica- e Offers are a one time use. So in your scenario, the $4 e Offer will only be deducted once even though you are purchasing two razors.

Hi, Ok, this may be a stupid question…but, no where in the coupon policy does it state that internet coupons will be doubled. I know that they have been in the past, however, with this rewrite, it only states that doubling will be applied to manufacturers coupons clipped from the newspaper, magazine or recieved by mail. Anyone know for sure? Thanks, Aimee from Ravenna

I use internet coupons all the time at ge and they are always doubled

Reply

Jessica June 8, 2011 at 9:58 pm

Ok, so I am trying to find out about the eoffers. I know that you can only use it for one item in that purchase, but if you were to ring up two or more different transactions, would it come off of the second one also or is it you use it and its done?

Reply

SISTERSSHOPPINGONASHOESTRING June 9, 2011 at 5:32 am

It will attach to the product one time and it is done.

Sarah June 9, 2011 at 7:24 am

EOffers would be WONDERFUL if you could use them more than once….. Your only option though is to clip it, buy it and save – once. GE just reloaded their eoffers 2 days ago so if you haven’t clipped recently you can go and reclip !

The other day I used a BOGO coupon. I also had a $3 off coupon. They would not allow me to use the $3 off coupon in addition to the BOGO coupon. Is that correct?

SISTERSSHOPPINGONASHOESTRING July 13, 2011 at 8:27 pm

There is not a policy for B1G1 in place – so if the manager says that’s the way it is, that’s the way it is. Hearing this more and more.

Have seen were people were able to use more than one coupon on an item. Never tried it but will ge let u use more than one on an item if they are different coupons. Say one from the paper and another you printed.

Reply

Carol September 14, 2011 at 12:09 pm

Sometimes if the coupon doesn’t specifically say “One coupon per purchase” you can get several through.

Reply

Heather O August 31, 2011 at 10:22 am

So does this statement mean they will not adjust down the coupon price?
Coupon value cannot exceed the price of the item(s) purchased.

Reply

Heather O August 31, 2011 at 10:27 am

I wish these things were outlined too:

What doubling means? Store vary in the definition!

Catalina deals – are they calculated on shelf/sale price. VERY confusing! Store personnel doesn’t even know!!!

Carol September 14, 2011 at 12:08 pm

Can we get Shop and Save added to this? They double up to 99 cents as well or is it here and I just can’t find it. Thanks.

Reply

SISTERSSHOPPINGONASHOESTRING September 14, 2011 at 2:10 pm

We do not have a Shop and Save in our area. We only do match-ups for the stores we shop. Sorry!
