Comments

  1. Carol says

I’d mark them “copyright @sistersonashoestring” if they repost your matchups go after them–plus it’s rude! Especially after ALL THE WORK you put into them!

  2. Beth says

Does anyone know if the Hillshire Farms coupons from 6/17 RP actually double when scanned (i.e. barcode starts with a 5) even though it says “do not double” on the coupon? Thanks!

  3. says

The best Giant Eagle deal has to be the Enfagrow Toddler formula.
Beginning tomorrow (7/12) Enfagrow Toddler formula is buy 1 at $5.99 get 1 free.

Buy 2 Enfagrow Toddler formula 4 packs- $5.99
Use $5/1 Enfamil Toddler formula printable coupon
    Pay: $0.99 for 2 ( ONLY $0.50 per 4 pack)

    • Jennifer says

IF your store would take it, it wouldn’t work like you think it will…they ring up B1G1 at 1/2 price, or $2.99…..so your $5/1 coupon would only be valid for $2.99 – it would be ‘free’ but the coupon would have to be marked down. You could talk to your store manager to see if they’d allow it. I know mine will….only because the cashiers KNOW me and only after I’ve talked to them! Good luck to you!

      • Megan says

Jennifer, that’s a really good point. I should have caught that (guess that’s what happens when I reply late at night!). Since the amount of the coupon would actually end up under $3, I wonder if they’d be more likely to take it?? If anyone tries it, let us know!

  4. Rachel says

Sorry, Tiffany, but GE will not accept a printable higher than 3.00 i believe. That would have been an awesome deal though :(

    • Megan says

The coupon policy states no printables over $3, but it might be worth calling your Giant Eagle and asking the manager if they’ll be making an exception for this coupon–there have been a few in the past that they’ve accepted when they know they’re legit (one was the Kraft $5/5 a while back). No guarantees, but it might be worth at least asking, especially if it’s a product you use.

        • Carli says

Just wanted to let you know that I tested out price matching the GE Enfagrow at Walmart today with the $5/1 IP and it worked just fine! YMMV, but the girl I went to just overrode the price. I don’t see why it would not work… I did have a picture of the shelf tag at GE and showed it to her, but she didn’t even look. I got 4 of them with no issue, so a nice $8.04 MM!! Thanks!! :)

      • Tiffany says

I went to Giant Eagle today and they let me buy the 2 for 5.99 and use 1 $5 coupon, The supervisor just had to do a coupon override. So I got (2) 4 packs for just $0.99 :)

  5. Kari says

Just a heads up, you can score the Nestle Crunch Girls Scout candy bars for 25 cents!
They are a dollar, use 75 cents off of 2 coupon from the 7/8 SS.
Doubles to $1.50!!! Making them 25 cents a piece! They are yummy too!

  6. Jennifer says

I thought P&G never put out printable coupons!??! The Secret Outlast coupon can’t be real, can it? I clicked on it to see if it as and it came up weird…actually the type on the screen is sideways!?!? I don’t think that’s a real coupon! I could be mistaken….but I’m not going to print it! lol

    • Carli says

@Jennifer, it’s not a printable. I think it is legit since they will be mailing it to you. I agree that the site does look weird but there is a P&G copyright at the bottom, so I think we are all good :)

      • Jennifer says

Ohhh….I had no idea they were mailing it to you….I’m sorry then!! I just thought it was weird and unlike any other site I’ve been to for a coupon! I know they make us jump through hoops sometimes, but that was a weird one! I should have followed through with it I guess before making that conclusion! I apologize!! Thanks for clearing it up!!!

    • Joann says

-there have been pampers coupons on coupons.com (P&G), so I’m going to say they do have printables; just random

      • Jennifer says

I don’t buy diapers, so I didn’t know about that….I’ve just always noticed that they don’t do printable coupons and I swear I’ve read somewhere on their FAQ site that they don’t issue them out that way, only through mail, newspaper or ‘blinkies’…but I could have read that on a blog or something…who knows! Good to know that they do release printables!! :)

    • Jenny says

it is super expensive, I would never buy anything there that wasn’t on sale and with a coupon to go with that!!!

      • Kerry says

I usually stick to what is on sale too and try to have a coupons for everything I buy. I hate it when I don’t have coupons for something.

  7. Jenny says

Does anyone know about the cereal mix and match–if you mix the $2.50 and $3 cereals do you still get your fuel perks? or do you have to buy 4 $2.50’s and 4 $3 cereals?

    • Megan says

I just checked my receipt from yesterday, and the bonus FP came off after every set of 4–they were mix & match price-wise, and I ended up with 9 $3 cereals and 3 $2.50 cereals, so I don’t think price matters. Just get them in sets of 4, and double check to make sure you get the FPs you’re expecting!

  8. Marlane says

Hey Girls! The GE in Westlake has $1/1 peelies on the Fresh Express salads making them I think less than $1 each! Super happy about that one:)
