Pepperoni Cheese Ball Recipe

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ¼ cups sour cream
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz. pepperoni, finely chopped
  1. In a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Blend on medium speed until smooth
  4. Fold in pepperoni
  5. Put cheeseball into a bowl and chill at least four hours before serving.
  6. Serve with favorite crackers.
