Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (1 Green Giant box)
  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 15 oz. jar alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (1 block)
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread in a baking dish and top with a little extra mozzarella cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, bagel chips, or pita chips.
